The "Rapid Oil Fence" is an oil fence that can prevent the downstream diffusion of oil even in fast currents. This product is a new type that combines two types of oil fences, the "Parapet Fence" and the "Raft Fence," into one unit. It does not allow oil droplets to pass through until the relative flow velocity against the oil fence exceeds approximately 25 cm/second.
